Electivies
Elective Course는 재학생들을 대상으로 하는 방과후 선택과목/ 학생활동입니다. 정규 교육과정 이외에 영어능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제공하며 개강되었던 과목으로는 토익스피킹, 토플스피킹, Media Studies, 발표/회화 능력향상반 등이 있습니다. 선택과목은 6주동안 진행되며 추가 수업료가 있습니다.
Students currently enrolled in a GNUCR language program have the option to take elective courses. Electives provide an opportunity for students to develop their English skills beyond the regular GNUCR curriculum. Previous electives have included TOIEC Speaking Exam Preparation, TOEFL Speaking Exam Preparation, Media Studies, Presentation Skills and Conversation Skills. Elective courses generally run for 6 weeks and require an additional course fee.
Student Activities
GNUCR 에서는 정규수업 이상의 다이내믹한 교육환경을 제공하기 위하여 노력하고 있습니다. GNUCR 재학생들은 해외연수프로그램에서 경험할 수 있는 학생활동, 특별행사, 방과후 모임 등을 접함으로써 수업후에도 지속적으로 자연스러운 상황속에서 영어를 사용할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 이러한 학생활동은 재미있는 동시에 친구들끼리의 친목도 도모할 수 있어 학생들이 영어를 진정으로 즐기며 공부할 수 있도록 합니다. 회화클럽, 퀴즈볼, 피크닉, 레스토랑 야유회등은 대표적인 activity 이며, 학기중 보다 많은 activity에 참여하실 수 있는 기회가 있습니다.
GNUCR strives to provide a dynamic learning environment that goes beyond classroom instruction. Just as they would be in an overseas language program, GNUCR students are exposed to various student activities, special events and social gatherings which enable them to utilize their English language skills in a natural and spontaneous manner. These student activities enable students to truly enjoy the English language because they are able to focus on having fun and building friendships in addition to developing their English skills. Conversation Club, Quiz Bowls, picnics and restaurant outings are only a few of the many activities that GNUCR students can participate in.
